Website and enquiry terms

These terms govern use of crstelinteriors.com. They do not replace a signed proposal, scope, estimate, work order or project agreement.

Website information is general and may be changed. Images and descriptions of verified projects describe those specific records; they are not a promise that another project will have the same scope, materials, cost or result.

An enquiry does not create a service agreement. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, selections, site conditions, fees, payment stages and programme must be recorded in the documents approved for that project. Timelines are confirmed after scope, design approvals, site readiness and material selections are finalised.

Visitors must provide information they are authorised to share and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

Plans, images, references or other materials supplied by a visitor remain subject to their owners’ rights. The visitor confirms that CRSTEL INTERIORS may review them for the enquiry. Use beyond that purpose must be covered by the final agreement.

Website text, layouts, brand assets and project media may be protected by intellectual-property rights. The legal CRSTEL INTERIORS logo must not be copied, altered or misrepresented.

External links and embedded services are controlled by their providers. Their availability and practices are not guaranteed by CRSTEL INTERIORS.

Any warranties, remedies, cancellations, liability limits, dispute process and governing law for a project must appear in the final signed project agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
